Make.com automation · Nantwich, Cheshire & Staffordshire

Stop copying and pasting. Let the admin do itself.

I build automations with Make.com that connect the apps you already use, so routine jobs happen on their own and you get hours back every week.

Example: a new enquiry
  1. Form sent on your websiteOr a Facebook message, or an email.
  2. Logged automaticallyAdded to your spreadsheet or CRM.
  3. Acknowledged in a minuteA friendly reply in your words, sent for you.
  4. Follow-up reminderA nudge in two days if nobody has replied.
What I automate

The jobs you keep meaning to do

Small businesses lose work in the gaps: the enquiry nobody answered, the review nobody asked for. Automation fills the gaps.

Your own idea

If you do it every week, it can probably run itself.

Questions

Good to know

What is Make.com?

Make.com is an online tool that connects your apps so information moves between them by itself. When something happens in one app, such as a new enquiry, it does the next steps in the others.

Do I have to pay for Make.com?

Make.com has a free plan, which covers many small businesses. Busier automations need a paid plan. I will tell you which you need before we start.

Which apps can you connect?

Most popular business apps, including email, calendars, spreadsheets, accounting, CRM, social media and your website. If an app has no direct connection, there is often a way round it.

What if something breaks?

Automations are tested before they go live and set up to tell you if something fails. I can keep an eye on them as part of ongoing support.

Do you come to us?

Yes. I map your admin with you in person within about 15 miles of Nantwich, or by video anywhere in the UK.
